استقبلت جمعية التحرير للتنمية في مكتبها بمدينة الموصل السيد حسن محمد بو هزاع رئيس الاتحاد العربي للتطوع للاطلاع على واقع العمل المدني في العراق والتعرف على البرامج والأنشطة المنفذة من قبل التحرير والفرص والتحديات التي تواجه المنظمات غير الحكومية والمتطوعين.
كما تم مناقشة افاق العمل المستقبلي والتعاون بين الاتحاد العربي للتطوع وجمعية التحرير للتنمية بما ينعكس ايجاباً على قدرة المجتمع المدني العراقي وزيادة حجم التأثير للمتطوعين الشباب والمنظمات غير الحكومية للوصول للتنمية المستدامة والاستقرار و مواجهة التغييرات المناخية وكذلك البحث في امكانية الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة للعمل التطوعي في عموم المنطقة.
The #TAD in its office in Mosul received Mr. Hassan Mohammed Abu Hazaa, the President of the Arab Union for Volunteering, to review the reality of civil work in Iraq and to learn about the programs and activities implemented by TAD, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing non-governmental organizations and volunteers. The future work prospects and cooperation between the Arab Union for Volunteering and the TAD were also discussed, in a way that positively reflects on the capacity of the Iraqi civil society and increases the impact of young volunteers and non-governmental organizations in achieving sustainable development, stability, and addressing climate change, as well as exploring the possibility of benefiting from successful volunteer work experiences in the region as a whole.
